It was a beautiful day. Rain falling from a sunny sky.
The drops of liquid light hitting my gloomy up turned face.
It quickly washed away my lonliness.
giving me a thousand dancing falling friends.
Each one reminding me in the rain we are all nurished.
soon I smiled and my bare feet moved.
Toes splashing delightedly in a million tiny lakes newly born.
Droplets, like hitchhikers, clinging to my leg hairs.
I travel swift in the renewing downpour.
The waters filling the many empty voids in my being.
In the distance I see a dark shape in the falling crystals.
It quickly formed close with arms and legs and smiling face.
Like a princess of a water world with thin dress soaked and clingy.
The waters from the heavens caressing her face.
Their sparkle out done by that of her eyes.
We drew close in the depths of a puddle and stopped.
Our hands came together with tiny drops running down fingers.
We walked now together needing not names.
The rain being all we needed to know.
This is the beauty of the world, the rain.
In it we know ourselves and are comforted.
Here love is found in perfection between two strangers.
Strangers in the rain.

This was inspired by some one special to me.I found out last night We both love the rain, when we are in it.

and we also knew each other
Together in the liquid crystals
we kissed a kiss to last forever
Like diamonds pouring down
down our skin, shining in our
essence and in our eyes;
Wet flower smell all around us
The air mildly chilly, yet humid

drops of dew looked like tiny stars
filling up the space to your heart
Breathe heavy, arms surrounding
