The sunlight kisses the waters
With light and love and heart
The moonlight kisses the open fields
Never for to part
The Angels kiss the souls of sorrow
Bringing new life to their world
And dream kiss the world to tomorrow
For within its shell tis curled
But no kisses do I recieve
No lover for to see
So tell me what these kisses are
For there are none for me

the ending is just sad

love,

That's a sad yet beautiful poem.

a very sweet and rather sad refrain I do like the positivity of the opening lines. I faltered a little with the rythmn of the middle three lines and wondered if 'into tomorrow' might work better but perhaps it's just me and my reading of it.
