Surly a happy little head,
Once I’ve found my peace,
It only takes a second,
Then I’m blitzed with no announcement.
Turning a quick buzz,
My head feels over stimulated,
Needs to be cracked open,
Let past smoke escape the depths,
Nothing brewing inside,
It feels sicker and sicker each ride.
When I visit Maryjane,
For one last toke to say goodnight,
My brain takes its final breath,
Prepares for journey though space,
I take the time to thank mother earth,
The sun for turning each seedling,
And the land for producing the bounty.
I like to embrace the time moments we’ve had,
Two of us best of pals, sharing like no other,
Creator like nothing else, one true desire,
We’ve always head your ringing bell call.
