Internal Chill

Down to the bone
Icy fingers seem to grasp deep
          Deep down into the soul.

This feeling
    Oh, what can it mean

Antsy and jumpy,
As the icy fingers dance from
From spine to skin and back again

Bundling up
    Holding close to the warmth
Trying to repel those icy fingers

Though the icy fingers
    Dig in deeper down
          Down into the bone

Uncontroalbe shivers
    A sence of dread
As the warmth seems to disapate

The internal chill
    Of fear and solitude
          Noone can ever escape

    aww

I wish I could help chase these Icy Fingers away. And warm you up. But I am here for you if you need to talk and just remember you are loved and you are never alone. Annie
