What I See

Holiness envelopes everything that I see
if only I’d let it freely flow through me
I can see with Christ, with pure, guiltless eyes
or I can cover the innocent with my lies

I have fallen for ego’s trap of misperceptions
made my link in his chain of guilt deception
I can bless everything that I see for release
or keep myself chained, blocking my peace

Christ vision sees only the eternal
ego’s perception sees but the ephemeral
I can see with Christ, with pure, guiltless eyes
or I can cover the innocent with my lies

Christ is in all of us, the eternal part of us. -- I am not religious, but this I do believe. When we see that we are all connected as One, we will be in Christ Consciousness.
