A Moonlight walk
A journey through fading darkness,
A glowing adventure,
waiting for surprise.
A peacful stroll,
Down memory lane.
A glimpse of awe and amazement
as creation rests it's wonders,
A new imagniation arises.
A different golden world
Which is never shown in the daylight,
never shown
to those who don't look.
This moonlight walk is an adventure
not filled with action and suspense,
but overflowing
with a discovery.

My inspiration for this was very random. I looked and looked for something to write about. Then I looked up to the sky and saw the moon and stars. They are absolutely astounding out here in the country! It is beautiful, just like the one who created them. I wouldn't call myself a very good poet, but I'm still trying to get the hang of it
