Neck stretched out
showing my lack of discipline
giving all to the guillotine
cancer comes in
and out comes smoke
a smile on my face
to hide the sincerity
crucify the ego
to leave behind this place
so negative, blind
and all conceivable 
taken all I can 
the universe is hostile
so I died
I gave myself to an angel
Lifted me up,
turned me round
you my piece of mind
my all
my center
