Black velvet clouds sway through the ominous sky, flashing with the light of a thousand angry angels as I lie on my back in the rain chilled grass and stare.
I press my lips together, my mind swirling as the mad dervish, taking me to wonderful, magical places I would rather not visit. Gnawing at my placid spirit, an energy crackles through the air, teasing my static soul.
Shapes bend and pulse in the churning sky, shifting shades of gray and charcoal, grasping fervently at the shivering wind. A black whisper fills the charged air.
And I lie here.
Simply me, I lie here, my soul naked to the dancing universe, spinning out of control like my feverish mind. So many, so deep, so terrifying are these thoughts that pound my delicate brain.
My breath fades into the shadowed wind, my heartbeat vanishes into the rolling thunder, the light of my eyes flashes only with the lightning. I am become storm.
Then suddenly, my pocket vibrates, chirping out an unnatural song in the midst of my living death.
I am no longer the storm, I am human, and another world is calling me. Mortality has left a bitter taste in my mouth.
And I lie here.

"I am become storm". Have you ever heard of 'I am become death"? Is that were you got this? Neat idea if so. This was a breath of fresh air here. Good stuff.
