The Boy Who Never Kissed Me

He was the one who came up to me
He wanted to be my friend you see
I accepted his request
and on went the rest
We went on like 4 dates and he swept me off my feet
But he would only kiss me on my cheek
I thought I was ugly after that time
I thought that my talking that night was out of line
About the seventh date he got closer to my lips
And he started to wrap his arms around my hips
On our last date he actually didn’t show
I knew something was wrong and I really wanted to know
I started to walk to his house
I could hear sirens in the far
And when I finally reached I saw an ambulance and a bunch of cop cars.
The tears rolled down my face
As I ran up to his room in a fast pace
I opened the door to his room and he was still laying there
I didn’t know what to do
I stopped and stared
I walked over to him
And saw a letter in his hand
when I read it he was talking to me
He told me the reason and you wont truly believe
He told me was gonna kiss me tonight
But he was so worried and full of fright
He didn’t want to get to close, to me to hurt me in this way
He knew what had happen was going to happen
I read the words that still haunt my mind
I kissed him and could feel him kiss me back
I walked downstairs and gave the police the note
His dad got arrested
He's the one who did it as you can see
Was drunk, came home and beat him to death
but at least now you know the reason why
That boy Matthew never kissed me..........
