My ears are still ringing, my vision blurred from the flashes of light

We rush towards the back door almost stumbling over our brother
His bloodied face seems to lock on mine then we are out the door
My boots are pounding again on the ground, I'm running fast
I want to get away, I can hear him yelling at me to hurry
Then my world became light, lightening striking with black
I was awake in my bed again shivering from the coldplay
'It is well with my soul, through trial and tribulation it is well
Though these nightmeres plague my mind, my body and soul it is well
I fought to live, now that I live i fight to show everyday love
There you are again, walking with me, smiling and encouraging
Like the constant waves that sometimes pound other times lap
Against the shore line, just like you completely constant forever there
You comfort me in all the darkness and you pour love into me
