Swirls and curls of butterfly,
swimming around inside my mind.
Beats and bows of flowing music,
buzzing around inside my ear.
Thunder strikes and lightening bolts,
freeing a world full of unknown.
Cats and dogs hurring along,
escaping the pits of mist and fog.
Chitting and chatting as you walk by,
closing off whatever has been told.
Teens of all shapes and sizes,
destroying each others lives.
Screams and hugs roaring to life,
fearing your own so young mind.
Parents torn in self-hate,
breaking away a solid foundation.
A life full of misery and pain,
glued together by memory.
The one person to hold you tight,
and always tell you it'll be alright.
