Bleeding and Broken
I lay weeping in the ground of a world
I no longer belong to

Bleeding and Broken
I try to make sense of it all
And remember who I'm supposed to return to

For the life of me, I can't move
I'm in too much pain
Whether physical or mental, I can no longer tell

I can't return and tell you I've failed
The look in your eyes
Would be worse than hell

I no longer have a purpose here
They've taken her away from me
And now I lay here Bleeding and Broken

I know I'll never see her again
She's gone where I can't follow
And I'll leave this world Bleeding and Broken
