I thought true love was dead but I was wrong.
That is why I wrote you this little love song.
The first time I saw you, I was totally smitten
and for the first time, I wanted to be bitten.
I didn't know the One was just six feet away.
Unlike your body, my love for you won't decay.
Although your dress is torn and tattered,
I know my dreams are no longer shattered.
Your tombstone is also your ID, dear Carrie
so you have to take it from the cemetery.
[Chorus]
Abracadavera!
It's a special spell that hit my head
on this night of the loving dead.
I'll always love you, no skins attached
because your beauty is unmatched.
I'm seeing undead people; I have a seventh sense.
I don't wanna see the dead; this is far more intense.
My dad said that it's good to be awed by the flaw
but we didn't expect an immortal mother-in-law.
It's a small price to pay to accept this nut
but it means I will hate and see her guts.
So I'll announce my big news worldwide
that you'll become my corpse bride.
[Chorus]
"Her evil isn't resident" is what I say to all haters
but we'll see in a minute or even 28 days later.
Some people will say that you're mindless.
They all drank the milk of human blindness.
If my mom's looks could kill, nothing would change.
She was amazed and thought this was a bit strange.
She yelled she would use my blood as salad dressing
and yet she was the one who gave us her blessing.
[Chorus]
My vows say "even when you go after my brains
I will always protect you from being slain."
The priest says marriage is "till death do us part".
For us, death began the merging of our hearts.
As the bridesmaid stumbles down the aisle,
I can see you try to put on a Mona Lisa Smile.
At the altar, you moan what could be a yes
but then again, it could be anyone's guess.
[Chorus 2x]

I like how you threw in some references to zombie movies, lol. The rhyming was pretty good as well, it had a good flow. Pretty funny and creative, good job.

Oh my and it was said that the undead went naturally into the ever after, for there they found a way to live, a way to love and above all else a way to feast on the undead.
How I like this little gem, I like it so!

I can just imagine the eerie tune that this song will go with. I like it! You have raised the bar for poetry of the dark genre with originality and imagery.
Love,

Dude, this was grimmly amazing. A wierd way to look at Necrophilia. I really love the chorus. The way you changed living dead to loving dead was pretty sweet. You always have some new and unusual to bring to the table. Keep it up.
