Heaven's Symphony

Golden threads in the air do glisten,
while amber flecks in the sun do dance.
Breath is held as your lips you moisten,
your head is tilted in happy stance.

Dreams you dreamed are a vision alive,
absorbed in colours that grace the sky.
Beauty falls from a star struck heaven,
as we dance together, flying high.

Hush, feel my spirit as we come down
merge with you as heaven's music plays
a symphony, as to earth we go,
its melody within forever stays.

    Outstanding

This is such a musical poem - it made me think of angels and harmony almost heavenly love. The imagery is strong throughout and adds to the effect of the poem. Thank you for posting.

Oh, this is lovely and most lulling! In reading this poem I was struck by the fact that some of it reminded me of one of my favorite poets, obsucre though he may be, Robert E. Howard. I loved the poem!
