Escape from Captivity

Your majesty Music,
The queen of sensations, -
I am your follower,
The sounds translator…

Tunes synchronous rise -
Incredibly blissful.
Who did invent you?
The human - your vassal.

Oh, lovely Melody,
Break out of prison,
Capture by violin,
Bow and my heart…

Author notes

"Music Rises Up" a bronze statue in the floor of the foyer of the Stopera in Amsterdam. It is an amazing work of art - rumoured to be by the Netherland's own Queen Beatrix -
The translation on the plaque reads:

Music Rises

Like the mushroom puts her tender hat,
stormy through the rough forest ground.
So the music rises from the unexpected depths,
up with forces, that break the marble.

Music truly does rise up and through the soul. What a wonderful medium for emotional expression. I would love to see that statue in Amsterdam. ~Pamela

A good look at the subject. Music, creation of the soul of man, freeing us and enslaving us to its charms.
I feel that the song is flowing all around us, every once in a while we are allowed to reach out and grab some of it and we are allowed to make it our own.
While being short in duration, this piece is deep in what it has to tell.
    Peace

Beautiful! The only thing I would suggest is maybe capitalizing Music and Melody to drive home the personification. Also I'm not sure but you might mean "sound's" or "sounds' "

That was amazing. I didn't think I'd like it at first. I wouldn't change a thing, it was fantastic! Beautiful!
