Its sunset time~
In my hammock, I lie
in solitude,
Staring at the endless skies..
As if the royal ruby gates have opened wide,
Shades of grandiloquent red, spreading across the blue..
I sigh..
For, it's yet an other day that's passed through
One full day, that's glided by
And I have done nothing still-
None, No- not one..
My dreams, unchased
And the ones I chased were undreamt of..
The sun has swept, sparing no light
And there's an ache at the corner of my heart..
~ That an other day is spent and that
'am left to the mercy of the moonlit night..
