He brings his fingertip to her chin, lifting her eyes to meet his
Swiftly a flash of steel corners her eyes as she loses her sanity in his gaze
The tip he does drag across her throat, with practiced skill
Dangerous intent penetrating her soul, she does not flinch.
Heart beating within its shell, her ears filled with its drum like beat
The dagger does taunt and tease her flesh, trailing the bumps that present
A steady grip and darkness flashing from his trenchant piercing stare.
The deepness of his shadows past etches her skin through the blade.
He longs to perforate the layers and bring his supper forth with vengeance
Halting at his desired entry point, the blade does linger, controlled.
Sweeping the delicate tissue back and forth, edging it to the brink of severance
The look of utter supplication to do his bidding springs from her never ending silence.
With nary a whisper from his yearning lips, his thirst entrenched in a bottomless cavern.
The razor sharpness of his tool of trade instant, dragging swiftly tantalising her senses
Immediate the response in the form of crimson beauty, beading drops of life
A finger scrapes sensuously across, gathering her existence, the tang of her essence.
Smiling with a languid flick of her tongue, she becomes a voyeur to his sins
The clarity of her spirit dangles precariously within his grasp like a crystal refracting
His thirst activated, he drags her to his bosom of shadows, pulling her deeper.
With the rapidness of a hunter, his humanity laid bare, the appetite engrained.
Taking the banquet of his desire full circle his fangs delve into her wound.
Devouring the plasma of existence with a frightening ease of the years
She yields a quiet acquiesce, succumbing, coveting the dream that surrounds
Pliant in his grip, her head dips, retreating into the abyss of her own mistiness.

Amazing
This poem is brilliant! I love the wording and how the feelings are expressed. Vampires are a favorite of mine, and reading this poem made me love them even more. Wonderful work!
