Past the railroad signs, across the tracks
Beyond the flashing lights
Deeper in the rose frosted haze
Faster than I did before
I know now the traps to avoid
not as much time
this time around
can't afford to waste a single day
my shadows on the ground before me
lead the way into unknown lands
my shadows are much braver then I am
striding forward without a fearfull backward glance
A lone dark train
Follows near behind me
waiting.
it alone knows my fate...
...and icy wind pierces my fragile skin
reminding me
of transparent dangers lying close within
