I cannot help but fall in love with all of you.
You are both shameless and passionate torture experts!

Sometimes, I wonder if my life would be less or more
if~ I~ didn't have the torment of poets in my life.
I could skip through the wonders of day and night
and not even care about the fearless beauty of life.
I could be ignorant, blind, and deaf
to the sounds of humanity and nature that shout all about.
I could step on a leaf outstretched alone on the ground
and not wonder what poet left his heart weeping aloud.
I could look at a rusty key and -not- think damn...
this is a lucky charm for five -good-wicked writes!
I could bottle up my soul and sell it on e-bay
Bidding starts at $1.00 for the most bitter woman you ever met!
but oh no...you've got to fill your ink and pen
and un-ravel our souls without novacaine!
I've bawled several layers of flesh this year
and last year was absolutely no picnic either.
You've up-lifted me to heights of passion unknown
and depths of hell that you've cautioned I should never walk upon!
so....now you know why...I humbly confess
I cannot help but fall in love with all of you.

and I truly do know I would be a lesser soul without you.

Oh, dear beautiful sister. This was a stunning poem. You never fail to do one of two things, either put a smile on my face or draw a tear from my eye. You have done both here because while this was a great humorous poem, it did not follow the criteria of being in prose form. If you wish to revise to meet the qualifications, please do so.
