To let you break my heart
I thought that we were over
Then you wanted to restart
For the first time in over two years
You used those three small words
Told me when it came to love
I'd always be your first
But today you broke me down again
Told me you just "put up" with me
I thought that you where kidding
Baby don't you see?
I have been in love with you for over 3 long years
You never left my heart
Even through all those tears
You always meant the world to be
I never want to be apart
But how many more times
Are you gonna break my heart
I don't know what you expect of me
To let you throw my love around
I have already been trampled
My heart been broken down
I am no longer going to let you hurt me
I'm putting my food to the ground
I am going to be a better person
My love for me will be sound
I am done denying the pain
Done not letting the tears fall
I hope you know I loved you
I loved you through it all
Thought the cheating and pain
through the fighting and tears
I loved you all the same
For 3 too many years
