.Beth's Poem.

A lived out life
is hard to find
when you've only lived
a very short time.

To bring a hope,
friendship and love
to a doubtful world
is something very well done

To have known you
only a semester or so
you're spirit was so evident,
you seemed to just glow

Hospitals, doctors, and CF
always gave you opposition,
but you still fought the good fight,
and well fulfilled your mission

To touch as many lives
as you possibly could,
to share Jesus' spirit;
To love, and you did.

You touched my life,
and I'll always remember you
as the girl who lived fullest,
even though your days, were few.

you should have read this at her memorial, Ash. This was amazing. So sad, but so...joyful at the same time. How awesome it is to belong to Christ, to know that if we "die" we don't really die, and that we're just... changin neighborhoods. Now she's living in a way better one. We're still in the ghetto. I think she got the better deal, and she's waiting for us to move over too Wonderful write. Filled with love and emotion, and I'm sure she's every honored to have it written about her Great write and God bless- Saab

wow, good poem. I know that losing someone, especially a friend, isn't easy, but its good to know that they lived for Christ.

    Great poem.

Wow, Ash. Man, I heard about Beth dying from a lady I babysit for. I never got to know her, but I wish I did. The story of her death made me cry, it was so sad. But you are so right, everyone who I've talked to who knew her said she lived life to the fullest for Christ. I can only hope that people would say the same about me when I'm gone.

As for the poem: It flowed excellently. Great job, awesome tribute. God bless you, sweetie, I'm praying.
