I step onto the ice
Take my position
The music starts
Suddenly, my feet move themselves
My arms and legs pump
I glide around the rink
My body performs the routine like a robot
The crowd cheers wildly
I skid to a halt
Bing! Bing! Bing!
The judges' scores light up the screen
Oh my Gosh!
I've done it!

This is very nicely written. Thank you for entering. Very cheery, and success is always a good thing. Always worth smiling about.

Thank You for Your Entry ~
I've always admired ice skating and wished I could have the balance to do it; this write makes me long for that talent even more
I can imagine the thrill of my feet skating across the rink in your words
Best of Luck
♥
Stay safe

"Skated Myself To Success" A great ending to a great poem. I really liked this poem. The ending was my favorite. Skating yourself to success that was great.
Keep on writing
