My curtains flutter
In the wind,
Gently flowing
With the breeze.
And for a moment
I feel calm and serene,
Until I realize that
My window is closed.

I like this because it really caught me by surprise. It, if you think about it, is almost chilling in a way. Seeing ghosts are we? Very good write, thanks for entering.

I love how simple and tranquil this is to read until the last line where suddenly it's incredibly eerie. I also do quite like how the reader is left to ponder the implications. Overall, fab.

all though this poem was short i find it to have great flow. I found it to be full of emotions of lonelyness and sadness which i have felt these emotions quite offten myself. I liked it very much it is a powerful piece and I would not change a thing about it. you did a surperb jop with it. always keep it flowing and never let the ink run dry.
sincerly, your poeit friend

Short with a powerful message, something that can be tough to pull off,
but you definitely did it here...
