Right now a hug would bring me comfort
from the cold north winds that blow
chills my heart can't thaw
no matter what I say or know
I would love the arms of a stranger
to grasp me tight
and feel my stretch finally reaching out
for something that just feels right
Walking on the plated pavement
I see a girl in range
free hugs come on free hugs
for once it wasn't strange
In a list

Again real nice, you kinda have a thing for like these more warmer emotions; not exactly like love but something reassuring. It's really very sweet, reminds of Christmas for some reason. I love the warmth this poem gives off.
The only criticism I'd make is that, it really would help the flow and meaning of the poem if there was some punctuation. Without the punctuation, it all seems like one thought. I mean having enjambment works well, but since in the second stanza the topic changes it seems only right.
