Finally on my own
So why do I miss it?
I miss ready comraderie,
Easy friendships,
Common cause,
Sweet simplicity of life
Here I be,

    I know how you feel. I wish I could help alliveate the feelings you have but all I can do is say I'll be here for you as a friend who is willing to listen to you at any time and about anything. I'm not really sure this poem even needs to be revised. It works wonderfully as it is right now.
