A cringe creeps sorrowful regrets
Humiliation hums melodies to forget
Sickness screams from the pit of the gut
Booze binging is a total head fuck
Tears of turmoil fail to cease
Punch by punch those inside grieve
For vanity vanished into a pointless blur
Through liquid LSD and a bottle of vodka
The blackout blames one or the other
No memories merge to rediscover
What is what or who is she
Broken and bruised internally
Adverts advise dissuade drugs and drink
Sadly she’s now paying the consequence
For picture pieces fail to begin
Another rude awakening
