Whats going on around my wrist.
Itchy red rash,, spreading not finished.
From wearing a watch?
but i always have done
Strapped it on,
from dawn till evening sun.
Leather never troubled me
or buckles various.
But this new rash
is troublesome and serious.
Ive applied every cream
lotion and gel.
They only inflame it
excruciatng hell.

Shan't bother to wear a watch
my flesh, to rash is prone.
In future check the time
from my mobile phone.

I apply cocoa butter cream to red irrated spots and it works. Have you tried this? Your wrist really looks irrated. You should have it checked by an MD.Take care and God bless you. Nice poem also.

it could be Eczma or Dermatitis
You should go doctors for some Betnovate cream or ointment
That should soon clear it up
