    I enjoyed reading this. I especially like your use of the word "hennaed" as I would have just used "dyed." I like your word choice better, for sure!

    This is so well done. I personally have given up coloring my hair so I appreciate the juxtaposition here... the leaves, the hair, the passing of time! There is gentleness here too, the color and the word "touch." I bet this is a winner!
