I lie here motionless ; defenceless
Each thought of you pierces right through the heart
Every memory
Every touch
It still tingles where you left them
Eyes wide open ; defeated
Speakers on full volume
Useless against the whispers in my head
Having such vivid memories ought to be illegal
Body on auto pilot –
I move when i need to
I do what i have to
My smile is real ;
Drowning in my tears is not an option
Wont let you have the glory of hurting me
Wont let you bring me down.
But right now, you drain the life out of me

oh wow this feels so real, and the non-rhyming fits into that lassitude feeling, like ur so fatigued from him...this poem is brilliant and i donno, it jst made me feel tired too lol. and its a great twist, how u say u wont go down, coz usually poems like this r all about jst that one feeling. the end was great. i loved the whole poem.
