Q & a

This is the first contest like this I have entered in a long while. I will try to answer each question as openly and honest as possible.  If any of my answers offend any reader in any way I apologize ahead of time.

1. Do You see Yourself as an Introvert OR Extrovert and Why?
Extrovert. Mainly because I care about other people’s thoughts and interests more than my own. Especially when it comes to family.

2. What is Your Dream occupation and Why that choice?
A crime scene investigator. I have always been the type of person who wanted to help people. It might be a weird outlook saying it could help people, but giving them closure on what happened to a friend or loved one is good.

3. Imagine You were given a Key to ANY place Imaginable... Where would You go and Why that place?
Heaven. To see my Grandfather who died 20 years ago, when I was nine. I was hard dealing with his death at that age. He was in and out of the hospital for awhile, and I couldn’t understand why he wasn’t getting better. I miss him so very much and would love to see him.

4. What Age do You wish You could be and Why?
I wouldn’t change my age, so I would be 28. I’m happy where I am now and enjoy seeing my children grow up.

5. Are You Smarter than a Fifth Grader? Why or Why not...
Not sure.. I watch the show and some of the questions do stump me. Children are learning things so fast these days.

6. How would You Describe Yourself to a Blind Child?
Short, I only stand at 5 foot 1 inch. ( I would compare my height to theirs). I have shoulder length hair. I wouldn’t tell them hair color as it’s not important. I would then offer to let them feel my face so they could feel what I look like.

7. Would You Donate Your time in a Soup Kitchen for the Homeless? Why or Why not...
Yes, Because I know what it is like to be hungry.

8. If Given 7 Words to say... What would You tell Charles Manson?
More of a specific question… Why kill Sharron Tate and her baby?

9. What form of Punishment would You "Feel" is Appropriate for a Pedophile?
Castration.

10. In ONE sentence: If Given Opportunity to speak... What would You say to Adolf Hitler?
To be honest I’m not sure what I‘d say, I’ll have to think about that one.

11. If a 7 Year Old Rape Victim asked You: Why she was hurt... What would You say to her?
I’m not sure what I’d say to her. If I was ever put on the spot like that, I would be sure to let her know that it wasn’t her fault.

12. How would it make You "Feel" if another Writer told You Your Poem was the Worst he or she has ever read?
I would feel bad, but he or she would be entitled to his or her own opinion. I would even thank them for the comment.

13. In 7 Words... Please Complete this Sentence:

have to really think out my answers.

14. Imagine You have a cure for a Rare Terminal Illness- Only a Single dose left...
but have to decide whether to give LAST drop to a total Stranger [Age 33]
OR save it for Yourself because coincidentally You had the same Rare Illness.
What would be Your Decision and Why?
Wow! This is a tough one. But, I would honestly choose myself. Mainly because I have two kids and a husband. Another reason I would choose myself is maybe I could make more of the cure.

15. Please Describe a Moment You felt Helpless to Help another?
There were two main times. When my sister and sister- in law lost their children. Nothing I said or did could make them feel any better. They mainly wanted to be left alone. In a case like that I guess the people just need time.

16. If You Witnessed a Pregnant Woman smoking-
How would that make You "Feel"?
Bad for the unborn child. However, when I got pregnant the first time it took me a couple months to quit smoking. So, I have no room to talk or complain.

17. How much is Your Time worth?
Depends on who it’s for. If it’s family or friends all the time they want for free. If it’s my job 9.21 per hour, until 40 hours a week, then it’s overtime.

18. Imagine a Stranger next to You shouting... Hail Hitler!!! Please Describe Your Emotions?
It would make me upset, as I am against any type of racism. I would be tempted to say something, but probably wouldn’t. Where I’m from everyone is entitled to their freedoms of speech, press, religion, etc. lined out in our constitution. However, I believe there should be exceptions, shouting any type of racial slur should be illegal.

19. If You heard a Stranger use a Racial slur as You walked by...How would You react?
As I said above using any type of racial slur should be illegal. Sadly, no matter how hard we try we can’t stop racism, it’s always being taught in one place or another. I try my best to teach my children that no matter where someone is from we are all created equal. When someone happens to use a racial slur near me, I try to ignore their rudeness.

20. In ONE Sentence- Please share what brought a smile to Your face today?
My children playing dodge ball in the front yard.

21. Imagine being told by a Stranger that ALL Non-White and anyone Jewish must be Exterminated... How would You respond?
I would want to know why.

22. What is the WORST Advice anyone has ever Given You?
My mother telling me not to marry my husband.

23. What is Your Favorite Word and Why?
Any word with an -er at the end of it. Because of the way my son pronounces them. He pronounces them as -ee. For instance instead of controller he says controlee. I think it’s cute. I try to correct him, but he won’t have it any other way.

24. How does this Image make You "Feel"?

Awful. You can see the terror if that poor woman’s face. Those men doing that to her should be put away and never let out.

25. Imagine a Hate Crime committed against someone You know- How would that make You "Feel"?
I’d feel bad for them. I’d stand by their side to try to get the culprits sentenced to the time that they deserve.

26. In 33 Words or Less- What is ONE pet peeve You have and Why?
My biggest pet peeve is my husband not helping around the house. It bothers me cause I also have a job and need his help at home. I guess that's normal though.

27. Where would You direct a Stranger who wishes to see the most Magical Place on Earth?
I’m not sure where I’d direct them as I haven’t been to many places. I haven’t even seen the ocean.

28. What brings Tears to Your eyes?
Seeing any child hurt in any way.

29. If You Witnessed a young Child digging in a trash dumpster…How would that make You "Feel"?
I’d feel bad for them. My mommy instincts would kick in. I would call the police and report it. I would also make sure the child got a hot meal in their belly, clean clothes on their back, and a warm place to sleep. If they were abandoned I’d do my best to adopt them.

It makes me want to cry. Seeing anyone go hungry guts me.

31. What do You Value most?
The lives of me family and friends.

32. Would You work for Free? Why or Why Not...
Depends on where it is. If it’s for friends, family, or volunteer work, then yes, because I love helping them. If it’s my regular job, no.

33. Do You Believe in Angels? Why or Why not...
Yes. I also believe in God, the devil, demons, and Heaven & Hell. I was brought up to believe in all of them. Just cause you can’t see something, doesn’t mean it’s not there.
