Back At You...

Perhaps you're right
And perhaps I'm wrong
I admit what I did
I ask you to stay strong
Mistakes are made
It's a part of learning
I messed things up
Now, I'm the one yearning
But I understand now
I understand the choice
Yet I still call you
Just to hear your voice
I hurts me inside
But it's the work of my own
I try to stay calm
But I have an angered tone
Mad at myself
I'm the one to blame
I left you alone
Feeling stupid and ashamed



You say you're happy
Well, that's what you deserve
I apologize if I push
Or get on your nerves
I frustrate myself
For the past I created
But this hole I'm in
I dug it, I made it
So as long as I'm here
I can't say goodbye
Just take a peek
And look in my eyes
They say I'm sorry
Without whispering a word
And everything you say
I understood and heard
Mad at myself
I'm the one to blame
I left you alone
Feeling stupid and ashamed...

I suppose it's only right to say this is actually in response to a poem that is on this website since ...the second verse is somewhat about me so just in case you wanted to take a gander of the original poem this is about ....

              aw you're so sweet I might actually have to take my laptop with me cause i gotta get this essay done before I go since its due first day of school. haha so im trying to get it done today before we leave. I'll try to write something soon though cause i've been thinking about some stuff
