The anger in me
I've promised my self
That no one else will see
~
Cause there are feelings that I've locked
And if I let them loose
They'd all be shocked
~
But its really quite hard
When everythings all wrong
No, I promised myself
I've got to keep strong
~
Yea, I've got anger and rage
But I've promised my self
To keep it in at this stage
~
But his smiling face
Yea, its messed me all up
Its got me all over the place
~
And these feelings that I feel
Yea, and I can't believe it
Cause they're really quite unreal
~
But oh, oh its so mad
And you sometimes really wish
That you were quiet really dead
~
And its hard to control
But I won't let it show
Yea, and no one will know
~
And thses smiles and laughs
They're all really fake
But its for everybodys sake
~
And now its all too late
Cause everybodys seen
My revenge, anger and hate
~
And so I'll add another scar
Its a temporary fix
All in all, its quite really bizarre
~
And now I've passed it to you
So every perspective
Will be oh so true

i love this poem
wonderful use of imagery. i can feel that there was alot of pain in this though and if that is the case i commend you on your clever use of ryhtym and rhyme but i apologise you had to feel the pain that inspired work so wonderful! -
i like the visuals of this.. like trapping everything in a bottle til the pressure makes it burst..i'm glad you chose writing s your outlet for those emotions.. also, thank you for your comment on my poem! i appreciate it very much.
