When the Goddess fell.

Dilate delirium in a harsh attempt
to trick anatomy into lying.

Cruel indictment consummates
the inglorious indecency that proliferated
her life in those final hours.

They banter over the logistics
of grave side manner and glamorous
outfits to die for.

Crisp indignities lament over
petty larceny and abusive house wives.
Somehow,
we tried to pretend that it all mattered.

Spherical nonsense and cyclic thoughts
cross across the path again
and again.

No speeding is matched by No Stopping,
Hope by fear.

Drastic measures call for desperate times-
an end to a pathetic rhyme and reason.
an end to all that made her

God.

Author notes

12. Spherical, dilate, crisp, consummate, banter, glamorous

There is actually a rhyme and reason to this- I swear. but I shall only explain when asked.

Well, I'll admit I don't have a clue, however you conjured up some excellent images here, and you DO know how to use words (which most folks actually don't!) loved it a ton!

I think I can guess what this is about... In saying that, if I am correct in my interpretation of your words, then I applaud you for being original and not cliche. This one was one of the more-difficult word-banks, yet you made it seem as though there was no effort required to make this lovely.

I'd quite like to know how you intended this... Rather, I'd like to know if I understood you correctly. Welcome to round three.

  • I really liked this one it was interesting really clever. it drew me in and then kept me. Keep up the beautiful work. best of luck.

The word bank was tough, and I felt like if I didn't keep up that level of.. wordiness-
it would have looked funny and obvious when I put the words in.. ^^

Hopefully it wasn't -too- hard to swallow, that dictionary?

      and thank you! Goodluck.
