Visionary Swirls Of Yesterday

On the cusp of imagination there
was spiralled individuality,
dreams spun gentle language from golden hair
as anguish transformed to perplexity,
a shattered look stole soft thigh's wild madness,
vanity crashed against her fallen dress.

Fear shed insecurities down spew's aisle
as hope whispered its way across pages,
a curious mind uncurled its own smile,
kissed goodbye to insanity's dark cage.
Spectral prints weaved notions to the mind's eye,
curtsied a kiss, then exploded the sky.

Solitude spat at simplicity's death
while visionary swirls of yesterday
collapsed in a ruffled heap of wild breath,
and bitter lemon love was but hearsay
inside rocked motion, fragmented fragrance,
life became a fast furious hindrance.
