my path is still growing grass
my hope still grows green
each rock, my bane, my sorrow
the pit of things unseen

rabbits, once chased, now outrun
there are no distant shoals
instead rivulets with waters white
beneath sunlight clear
the pebble in my shoe is gone
I know that You are near
for this my courage wells up
trembles still my hand
your staff, my strength, I borrow
I'm back where, I began

very nice...
Indeed. Your very first line made me smile. But the relationship to the remainder of your write is assured. This is a splendid piece and I want to congradulate your HM. Good work poet.
