What do you do,
When a friend so true,
Refuses the truth,
When I care about you?
Concern about lifestyle.
When it has nothing to do with me.
I want to help become,
Your perfect vision, you want you to be.
Words spoken, hit the soul so hard
True communication is not written on a card
Your plagued by insecurities
You see reflections in disgust
Remember last summer? We were doing so well.
Helping each other, but somehow we fell,
Fell into old habits which I know die hard.
Shall we help once more and go the extra yard?
I want what you want, for me not just you.
A simple healthy lifestyle can change your world view
We were happier and getting on so well
Lets try again, as together we will excel
Author notes
Please, I understand that my words aren't always the best ones to choose in our conversations, and I really don't try to offend. Accept my apologies and consider trying again.

Awe, what a beautiful apology you've rhymed

My favorite stanza is the third, I was really moved by
"Your plagued by insecurities
.You see reflections in disgust."
The entire write is wonderful, great rhyme.
