What is good and evil,
only spirits know,
the grendel walks among us,
and hides within the snow.
The great spirit walks beside us,
and doesn't wish us harm,
it passes us its wisdom,
as it's subtle little charm.
The spirit once bestowed me,
with a psalm of sorts one day,
it told me of a conflict,
that everyone obeyed.
"Deep within our spirits,
two wolves do ever fight,
one of blacked ebony,
and the other snowy white.
One is darkest evil, the other brightest light."
I asked the spirit which will win,
and he told me to take heed,
"The only wolf who'll ever win,
is the only wolf you feed."
