My fortress is crumbling

My fortress is crumbling
my precious citadel
the walls i have struggled building
finally giving in to the blows
i hide in darkness at the centre of this keep
but know i will be found
lost in the rubble of my own defence
weapons of siege lay against me
jealousy, pride, devotion and love
all eat away my foundations
a once steadfast castle reduced to debris
my heart stands exposed, my walls broken down
your ever marching army
trampling me beneath their feet

What did you think??
