I am Murderer, Liar, Vengeance, Deceit

Knife falls, hands shake, knees buckle,
and horror blocks the oxygen from reaching my lungs.
I've painted the floor a deep red

You said it would be alright,
rasping sweet promises into my ears,
that something so perfect had no right to exist
and the hurt would go away if he did first
But this only turned the ache into agony

The blood might as well have been my own.

I run, terrified, from this grotesque being,
but it sits upon my pounding heart and cackles
until exhausted, I fall into the puddle
Singin'  in the red rain

They come, in their uniforms, and they take me away.

♥♥Where has he gone?
What have you done?
A voice commands from high above this earth
From the soil I hear his blood cry out to me
Murder, Liar, Vengeance, Deceit♥♥
