and let the light fill up the darkness,
Embrace your soul
for it has longed for your caress,
For within lies the source
of all knowledge beyond doubt.
Soul, body and mind
let the trinity conjoin within rather than without.
Beyond physical confines
let the thoughts traverse,
Back and forth
in the infiniteness of the Universe
Make truce within
and you need no mentor.
Light unto self,
en route to bliss, be thy own master.
Just close your eyes and
let the light fill up the darkness,
Let time lose all relevance,
experience a perfect stillness.
In this tranquil moment
all sound ceases in pure celebration.
As the soul synchronizes
to a divine vibration,
It is harmony perfected,
God’s own composition.
Feel the cosmos join
in joyous anticipation.
Mesmerized all existence
dances to these tunes,
Oceans, mountains,
ether and sand dunes,
Just close your eyes
and let the light fill up the darkness,
Feel the crimson sun,
the morning breeze and dew’s tender caress.
A child’s innocent smile,
beloved’s warm hug and the fragrance of fresh flowers,
A mother’s ever understanding gaze,
each moment of the blessed waking hours,
All the toils of life
you wish to shun with disdain,
Fears and tears,
the unending pain.
Truth, falsehood,
victory and defeat,
Compassion and cruelty,
trust and deceit,
Success, failure,
all the struggles, vain and in vain,
Life lived thus far,
sane or insane.
Just close your eyes
and let the light fill up the darkness,
As peace descends
so shall come a meaningfulness
Perfection you are
and in perfect completeness
For no thought needs repentance
no action a redress.
Just close your eyes,
And harmonize….
Just close your eyes,
And visualize…
For in self love and a love of all,
in this state of fondness,
Looking within, you realize,
for eternity God has lived at this very address!!!!

what a truly profound and inspiring poem, which really touched my soul. even my pigeon shanti came flying over at this very moment where I am writing this comment, and besides walking over my crystals, he tried to pick on the keyboard, saying "hmmm, hmmm", a sound of contentment ...
so I guess he says hi - and I guess he likes your poem too ...
I appreciate the fact that you chose to submit a poem of peace-blessings to one-self ... a wise response to the invitation for offering peace-blessings to another person or the world.

Awesome and Meaningful
This is a fantastic and profound visualisation poem so truly worthy of the trophy it bagged. Heartiest Congratulations for the same. This has wonderful imagery and radiates a sense of peace. I like the alliteration in L5, L13, L20, L27 and in L29.
I feel that every night before going to bed we must embrace our soul and affirm that, "Today I am going to be better than I was yesterday" as we rise from the bed.
These are my favourite lines in the poem:
"Mesmerized all existence dances to this tune,
Oceans, mountains, ether and sand dunes"
I also love these lines and the way they flow together and with so much meaning:
"Just close your eyes,

And visualize…

This is a great poem on mostly life and the philosophy thereof. At least that’s how I see it. Well done! I love the ending line:

Infinite words of wisdom, written from that sacred place deep within. I love the last few lines - it is the crescendo to a beautiful, serene, wise song! Yes, we need to go inside and see the pictures that paint our minds....put the inside-out on display to find the better way... Wonderful message in this poem which should be written on the sky. Thanks for sharing this...I read...and closed my eyes!
