This is a beautiful poem, and a wonderful tribute to your mother. My mum died just before I turned 21 (many years ago now) and it would be a lie to say it gets easier. I miss her still. I see her in my daughter tho, in so many ways, and sometimes even that hurts. But, life does go on, and we honour them by living well and taking the good that we know was in them and making it part of our life.

I know this feeling...my mom died in April of 1995 and I still need her around, so many times I have cried myself to sleep, just wanting her to be near.
