Pray

I want to research but I can’t
too afraid I’ll find a rant
of guns, and dangers, and bombing crews
that I never want concerned with you

But strong is it hard to be
with you so far out over seas

So pray for you I must do
in hopes of one day seeing you
now I can only sit and wait
hoping that it’s not too late
