I once thought that love was something
Meant to last until your dieing day
Now I know that it isn't
Love is just another four letter word
One that hides a world full of lies
Behind it's honey dipped words
I've been confused as to what
If anything can become of love
All I have is haunting echos of her voice
And hollowed mouldings of her embrace
The lingering scent of her hair
And the sweet taste of her lips
All just memories
Of a life I can never be part of again
Of a love... that slipped through my fingers

Simpley awesome dude. I don't know how you do it. Once again you created somehting that can transend time and space to find truth in a land of by gone religious fools and assholes. Fuck the monkey fuckers. Pigs are the gifted breed and we should bow down to the fuckin' alien warlords. Fuck the bastards that killed Kenny, and throttle the damn baby rabbits.

Sad, but true. That song "Love Hurts" comes to mind I have no idea why.

Very beautiful poem about the loss and aftermath of love gone awry. Still wondering myself what comes of it. Thanks for sharing.
