My best friend and I

My best friend and I,
we had a memorable time in the Florida coast.
We walked the beaches of Jacksonville,
and ate cold pizza in the morning,
and watch the sun baked our skin like a roast.
Tiffany and Alana played a joke on the ride back,
on the hitchhiker that we found who was totally whack.
As we came through Georgia,
we found a cute antique shop and bought nonstop.
I learned enough in one week,
of the things we could not speak.
The trip took its course,
in finding new alliance in the people we meet
in the short awhile that we endorse.
We arrived in Louisiana and changed drivers,
because of the long trip drained the survivors.
We arrived at our destination, in my hometown.
Step into the house all sweaty,
and drained from the long journey,
as we landed on my bed face down.
In the short while I met this friend,
who is bigger than life.
Tiffany and Alana will never part
their friendship with a knife.
