Kindred Breeze

Trained to read by years gone past
Movements small, from first to last
No words were spoken from across the room
Dumb and mute as lily's bloom
I knew your thoughts as you knew mine
No loosened tongue from glass of wine
Eyes were pools of feelings deep
There were no secrets for us to keep
Just watch and smile, or blow a kiss
Nothing between us gone amiss
Saw the need in empty tears
Held me close to calm my fears
Speech not needed between such as these
Transmissions carried on  kindred breeze

This is my kind of writing. I love poetry straight from the heart. This was so beautiful. It makes me want to be that woman. sigh... Loved it. Thanks!
