a kitty says so little,
and yet they fix so much.
They prance around like royalty,
and own you with a brush.
But when it comes to feeding time,
a kitty shows its coat.
They purr and beg and wine so much,
you wanna shove it down their throat.
But when the hard times gather,
the kitties always there.
Their very furr is comforting,
and they heal you with their stare
