Pointless

Smirking I remember the goode olde days
How we laughed and loved in merriment
Oh your temper... oh your jealousy
Smacks over my silly consciousness confusing
She smiles a false smile
And talks falsely of loves
And pretend what we do pretend...

At last Heathcliff and Cathy get a chance to talk
Just because a book ended
Why not the story go on and on in slumber
In worlds we cannot see nor possess
The joy of two souls that found each other
In death, in woe, in nought
Its all for nought and nothing

You don't care and you never did
All you wanted was someone
To stroke your poor injured little ego
And I fell for that hook line and sinker
So lets not pretend any more
Lets end it with one single stroke
And you can go suck the life out of someone else

At least I give as good as I get
I hope you too are hurting
Not for me, but for yourself
Curled up in a little ball of self pity
Self self self thats all it was about
Hey you ... what about me?

I'm alive.

Please tell me what you think
