Oh Satan, weaver of lies, your gaudy delusions do try and hypnotize
But please, haven't you grown weary of these endless charades?
Evil has many forms, but you. You hide with nary few facades.
I grow weary. Coward hide not behind a woman anymore. Be a man.
Creating false beginnings so we might sympathize with a fiend. A sham.
Your foolishness and desire for power drove yourself into flames
And so you burn with madness. Concocting pathetic ploys and games.
You lost. Long ago. Still some cheer, even fear, your supposed underdog power.
Get thee back behind me. For soon, time will come. It will be your last hour.
Sadly some will join you; perhaps hoping for a grand exit into never-ending glory.
However, you already know. Devil, time will swallow you whole. Greet Eternity.
Precious souls will forget you ever existed. So Satan. Say your final good byes.

I did use the picture, if you would be so kind to give the link so I could add it here so if any wished to read after the contest they would know what inspired me to this travesticly (not a real word) bad poem.
