A special little boy our Creator gave to me one day.
You were placed into my arms for me to lead your way.
The love I had for you, right from the very start,
has grown so much and now completely fills my heart.
Our lives have had joy and laughter,
and we've had our share of tears.
Our Grand Creator has given each their place,
with the passing of the years,
As you stand before me now, it's hard to understand,
how our Creator has turned my little boy into such a fine young man.
This one thing do remember, as you open each new door,
That as much I do love you, my son,
Our Creator still loves you more.
