Though no one is there.
I see the fright,
But no one cares.
There's crosses by each letter
And name.
There's little fears and better
Than shame.
We feel their souls,
We feel their pain.
They die everyday
For His own reign.
They fight for us
Even when we deserve.
Death is always
In our reserve.
They fall and
They cry.
We all want
To deny.
We don't want
Them to fade.
The soldiers march
With their spade.
They never cry,
They never speak.
They just stand
And let guns peak.
They stand away
And shoot the gun.
Always there until
The job is done.
Twenty one years and
No one has spoken.
A high honor and nothing
Was ever broken.
They stood there in the
Rivers of pain.
They stood there under
His own reign.

I like the rythming scheme here, it's an a_a_ sort of thing if i'm right...-scratches fake beard- It's a good write, incredably sad in places while others are strong and fighting for the right to be remembered when we come to meet this little white box to say what we think. Do we say what we think or do we say what people think we thinking? Maybe we say what other people hope we are thinking of their thoughts whilst thinking what we are thinking is that their thoughts are good...you following? *laugh*
Brillaint work keep up the good writting!
